At Taco 'bout Flavours , we want to provide customers with a unique twist on a Mexican classic taco, by pulling ideas from cuisines all over the world and finding ways of making them work within a small corn tortilla wrap.

Our menu features a wide variety of dishes to satisfy every craving, from classic mexican birria tacos to New York style buffalo chicken tacos as well as vegetarian options. We pride ourselves on using only the freshest ingredients, sourced from local butchers and farmhouses.

I (Rudy Clifton) started Taco 'bout Flavours with the intention of taking cuisines from all over the world and making them work within small corn tortillas, But why?
In February 2025 I was backpacking through Cambodia and found myself on a paradise island called 'Koh Rong', where there just so happened to be a random Mexican restaurant. After putting off going there for a few nights, myself and a few other mates headed there to see if it was possible to fu** up tacos (it was very much possible).
This got me craving proper taco's, and spending all day on the beach thinking about all the different types of taco's, which then lead onto the conversation of things that would work in a taco, the discussion went on for ages before it finally clicked, A Fusion Taco Stand.
